Critical Condition
As a Manager if one of your employees asked for a week off to be with her son who is in critical condition in?
the hospital after an accident, but then missed an extra week to be their for a important surgery that could save his life yet he ended up dieing anyways.
And this employee irresponsibly missed 2 weeks of work, along with the her week of vacation time would you fire her for flaking out on the job, as well as acting as if her son was more important then her job.
.Her son was more important than her job. She did the right thing, and her manager would be an azz to attempt to penalize her for it.
